I couldn't believe my eyes

Yesterday was a day of "firsts" in the Macmanus household. It started as any other day. We got up, Bart took McKenna to school. Then I cleaned house, played a little, fed Aislynn, went to pick McKenna up from school, came home, ate lunch, and the girls played. It was a normal day. I was sitting at the computer with Aislynn on my lap as she worked on a "present" for me. I always let her get it all out before going to change it. I had the feeling she was done so I got up to go change her stinky pants. As I am approaching the living room I can hear Kambry playing on the floor with Jake. She rolls around and hugs him and chases him and just likes to play with him. Then I turn the corner of the kitchen and see a sight that I think will scar me for life. I saw my DOG mounted up on my daughter and doing the deed. I immediately swatted him off and pushed him out the door. I didn't grow up with dogs, nor do I know that much about them, but I know that is just WRONG in all senses. I had to have Kambry change her pants because they weren't exactly dry. She of course had no idea what was going on, thankfully. So, to add to the drama of owning another pet, now I have to wonder what he is doing when I am not watching. Later that day we were sitting at the dinner table and like most days Kambry was the last one eating. She takes the longest of all of us for some reason. I was in the bedroom folding clothes or something and McKenna comes in and tells me that Kambry was asleep at the table. Sure enough, she dozed right off. The occasional head bob into the table was kind of funny. I did manage to capture the moment. So here you go...
Then the last part of my day that was a new occurrence involved Aislynn. It actually wasn't a first so to say but it rarely happens so I grouped it all together. I was able to get a good nights sleep because Aislynn decided to get a full night's sleep also. YEAH!! Keep it up little one.

I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants :-) I am so glad that our dogs haven't taken it upon themselves to do that! Thanks for sharing.

I hope it never happens to you and I hope it never happens again to us. Glad you got a good laugh.
