It's all in the edit

Here are some pictures of Kambry that I took when my mom was visiting last week. I edited them all with a sepia tone and loved how they turned out. Though my mom would say that she likes them in color better, I like to play with all types of coloring whether it be black and white, sepia, faded color, or vibrant color. It's just fun to see what you can do when you take the time to learn and practice. Let me know what you think or what I could do differently.

This one is my personal favorite of the three!!

I love to play around with the color too. My favorite is black and white, I don't use sepia too much but lately I have found that by changing the saturation you can have a color photo that has more pop. I should post an engagement photo of my brother that I did that on. I absoulutely love it!!

I am interested in the Canon 50D as well. Actually I just got back from buying a new camera. I ended up getting the Canon Rebel T1i. It is fairly new out and the way the guy explained it to me is that it is almost exactly like the 50D but without the bulky body. He said it was like the Rebel XSI and the 50D had a baby! :) We will see how I like it. I will keep you updated.

(wow this was a long comment!!)

I bought it at Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas. I hadn't heard of it but when I started telling the salesman what I wanted he suggested it. I played around with it a bit last night and I really like it. I will have to post some pictures that I took with it, later this evening when I get home from work.
